During pregnancy

Apovital® Eisen Tabletten contain a well-balanced combination of iron, vitamin C, B6, B12 and folic acid.

Iron contributes to normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, to normal oxygen transport in the body, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy-yielding metabolism.

Vitamin C increases iron absorption. Vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to normal red blood cell formation. Folic acid contributes to normal blood formation and to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy. In addition, vitamins B6, B12 and C contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
